We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Institution Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of our educational institution. The role requires leadership across administration, academics coordination, staff management, admissions, finance oversight, student experience, compliance, and overall institutional growth.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling operations independently, improving systems, ensuring discipline and quality standards, and acting as the central coordination point between management, faculty, students, parents, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Overall Administration
- Supervise daily institutional operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and institutional standards
- Monitor infrastructure, maintenance, housekeeping, transport, and security
2. Academic Coordination
- Coordinate with Principal/HODs/faculty
- Ensure academic schedules are followed properly
- Monitor attendance, timetables, examinations, and academic activities
- Support quality improvement initiatives
- Track student performance and escalation issues
3. Admissions & Student Management
- Oversee admissions process and counseling team
- Improve enrollment conversion and student retention
- Handle parent/student escalations professionally
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new students
4. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff
- Coordinate faculty and support staff operations
- Conduct performance reviews and attendance monitoring
- Build accountability and team culture
5. Finance & Vendor Coordination
- Monitor fee collection processes
- Coordinate budgets and expense tracking
- Work with accountants and vendors
- Approve operational purchases within authority limits
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and policies
- Maintain records, licenses, and documentation
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and accreditation requirements
7. Marketing & Growth Support
- Coordinate branding and outreach activities
- Support digital marketing and local promotions
- Build relationships with schools, parents, and partners
- Suggest growth strategies for admissions and reputation
8. Technology & Systems
- Ensure ERP/software systems are functioning properly
- Improve operational workflows using technology
- Monitor data reporting and MIS dashboards
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA / PGDM / Education Management preferred
Experience
- 5–10 years experience in administration or operations
- Experience in schools, colleges, coaching institutes, or training centers preferred
- Experience managing teams and multi-department operations

Post-Probation
Based on performance evaluation, leadership capability, operational efficiency, and accountability:
- Salary revised up to ₹30,000 per month
