Job Summary
A Requirement Specialist gathers, analyzes, and documents business needs to create clear project requirements. They coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure the final output meets expectations and business goals.
Responsibilities
· Manage daily office operations, housekeeping, pantry, and maintenance work.
· Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, negotiate rates, and track purchases.
· Handle office equipment, repairs, AMC, cleanliness, and safety standards.
· Manage calls, emails, couriers, visitor entries, and reception duties.
· Maintain company documents, agreements, inventories, and reports.
· Book travel, accommodations, meeting rooms, and event arrangements.
· Track company assets (laptops, systems, tools, access cards).
· Assist in onboarding, attendance coordination, bills, and invoices.
Required Skills
· Strong communication & coordination skills
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Office management & documentation skills
· Time management and multitasking ability
· Vendor management & negotiation skills
· Basic accounting and billing knowledge

Salary Range
· 15,000 to 20,000
