Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and delivering engaging lessons to young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons based on the curriculum.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress regularly.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation and active learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
- Organize classroom activities, events, and educational trips.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
- Teaching certification (if required by local regulations)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children
- Prior teaching experience is preferred
