Key Responsibilities:
- Business Planning: Planning the Targets and allocation of Targets by Branches; Identifying possible challenges and suggesting solutions; Planning for Manpower and resources required in the defined area; Ensure monthly volume delivery as per defined budgets; Channel management and periodic engagement with connectors.
- Maintain Business Parameters: Ensure timely completion of pending OTC/PDD and cheques in hand cases; Ensure audit readiness of all Branches; Collections – Ensure portfolio quality is maintained / Support collections for early bouncing / early vintage portfolio.
- Monitoring & Reviewing: Periodic branch visits; Review sourcing mix/channels and portfolio quality; Daily tracking of logins/ stock/ disbursal/ Legal/ Technical; Measure productivity and efficiency of team and initiate corrective action; Work with risk and credit teams for portfolio quality improvement.
- Business Expansion & Growth: Identify new branches with ground work – location, competition mapping, micro markets, manpower visibility; Add SPOC’s to existing locations, hire resident Business Developer (BD).
- Productivity & Cost Management: Maintain good AUM for own territory.
- Business Channels & Onboarding: Identification and onboarding of performing DSA; Maintain relationships with Retail customers, builders, associations to generate business.
- Channel Management & Market Mapping: Conduct detailed market analysis for Affordable Housing Markets to identify right markets for NBFC.
- TATs & Customer Service: Work with Credit / Risk to reduce turnaround in HL/HE; Create strong customer connect culture; Manage customer service issues; Liaison with functional teams for resolutions.
- Building Team Connect: Build team as per manpower budget; Support team in achieving targets; Ensure control on Sales process till disbursement; Customer PD/Visits; Support front line in distribution and sourcing channels – DST, Connector/Green Channel, DSA.
- Knowledge of Key Policies & Compliance: Be knowledgeable of credit, compliance and HR policies; Drive management assigned projects; Monthly process reviews with Sales/Credit/Ops to identify gaps; Ensure 100% integrity
- People & Learning: Build team capability; Training & development through fortnight meetings and daily huddles; Continuous performance evaluation with metrics; Develop learning and development plans; Team interactions to forecast attrition/issues; Regular training on Sales, Credit, KYC, AML, Mis-selling, Customer protection principles.
