We have a number of exciting opportunities for enthusiastic occupational therapists (OT) to join our highly skilled interdisciplinary team. We provide a range of assessment and rehabilitation services across Canterbury, specialising in complex injuries. Our client group varies from traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and multi-trauma to general orthopaedic injuries, covering all ages. We currently have opportunities within our assessment team (working in wheelchair and seating and other rehab/community equipment prescription) and in our community rehabilitation service.

- Registered with the Occupational Therapy Board and hold a current Practicing Certificate
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the rehabilitation framework.
- Willingness to network and build relationships
- Willing to travel and have effective time management skills
- Experience in working with acquired brain injury or spinal cord injury rehabilitation is important, but training can be provided for the right person
- Knowledge of ACC contracts would be preferable but not essential
- Accreditation in wheelchair and seating - desirable but not essential
- Excellent reporting skills
- A valid and clean driver's licence
