We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Bidder to identify business opportunities, acquire new clients, and generate revenue through online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar marketplaces, with strong proposal writing, client communication, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other online marketplaces.
- Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, project scope, and timelines with clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project estimates and solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with international clients.
- Keep track of market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grammarly AI, Canva AI) to improve proposal creation, research, and client engagement.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar bidding platforms.
- Strong proposal writing and business communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and client handling abilities.
- Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX, AI, Digital Marketing, or Software Development.
- Lead generation and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead-generation tools is an added advantage.
