We are seeking an HR Executive with 2 years of experience to manage daily HR operations, assist with recruitment, and drive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, schedule interviews, and handle smooth onboarding paperwork.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee databases (HRIS), track attendance/leaves for payroll, and draft official HR letters.
- Employee Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and organize workplace engagement activities.
- Exit Management: Coordinate exit clearance and assist with full and final (F&F) settlements.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 years in an HR Generalist or Operations role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in HR/Business.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel/Office, familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools, and strong communication skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
