The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services, understanding their requirements, and converting interested customers into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers through calls and other communication platforms.
- Explain the company's services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service information.
- Convince and follow up with interested customers to convert them into clients.
- Maintain professional communication and build good relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Provide regular updates regarding calls, leads, and converted clients.
- Coordinate with the team regarding customer requirements and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Smartphone/Laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
