Digirocket Technologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Head to lead our development team and manage the technical execution of multiple projects.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in MERN Stack Development, Shopify, WordPress, and MoonStack Development. The candidate should also possess excellent English communication skills and the ability to lead developers, manage projects, and communicate effectively with clients and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the complete technical/development team.
- Oversee the development and delivery of projects across MERN Stack, Shopify, WordPress, and MoonStack.
- Provide technical guidance and support to developers.
- Review code, architecture, development practices, and project quality.
- Plan and manage technical tasks, timelines, resources, and project deliverables.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to required quality standards.
- Communicate with clients to understand technical requirements and provide project updates.
- Coordinate with management, project managers, designers, and other departments.
- Establish and maintain coding standards, development processes, and best practices.
- Conduct technical interviews and participate in hiring and onboarding developers.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend improvements where required.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant development experience.
- Prior experience in a Technical Lead, Technical Manager, Engineering Lead, or Technical Head role is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong hands-on development experience along with team leadership experience.
