Job Summary:
We are hiring a Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about digital trends and content creation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, be up to date with current trends, and have the ability to plan, create, and manage content that drives engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
- Stay updated with the latest trends, formats, and platform updates to keep content relevant
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar and posting schedule
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and goals
- Monitor live content and maintain consistency and quality across posts
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create engaging visuals and campaigns
- Track performance using analytics tools and optimize content accordingly
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Good understanding of trending content and how to leverage it
- Experience in content planning, strategy, and execution
- Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of paid advertising campaigns
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
