Job Summary Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Application Support Engineers to provide technical and functional support for institutional applications and systems.
The role involves troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries, monitoring application performance, and coordinating with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient operation of applications.
Required Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of web applications, databases, and application architectures.
Knowledge of SQL for basic querying and data validation.
Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests effectively.
Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
