Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA
Must Have Skills:
Well process driving and ability to learn and train people
Good-to-Have Skills:
Communication Skills, Client Management, Escalation Handling
Finance/Commerce graduate with at least 10 years of experience in PTP / F&A operations
Strong communication skills – Verbal and written
Ability to handle team, Client Escalations, Report to Internal Leadership
Good understanding of End to end Procure to Pay operations such as Procurement, PO Processing,
Invoice Processing, Invoice Resolution, Payment Processing, Vendor Reconciliations, Helpdesk queries
Analytical thinking and Result oriented approach with Client/stakeholder management skills
Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment
Good Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint to articulate Monthly / Quarterly
MIS reporting
Job Responsibilities
Good oral and written communication skills in English - with all internal and external Stakeholders
Clear and concise responses to queries and escalations
Ensure SOP's are accurately documented, updated and adhered to
An analytical mind - follows a process, understands why they are performing the tasks, spots errors and will offer up ways to improve quality
Problem solver who has a growth mindset
Good attention to detail
Strong Excel skills (eg Pivot tables, Vlookups…) Understands the implications of deadlines (at month end and project based)
