Work Mode: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate BIM models for Architectural and Interior Design projects
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants
- Ensure model accuracy, standards, and compliance
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
- Develop and manage BIM standards, families, and templates
- Support design visualization and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator (Architecture / Interior Design)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and LOD standards
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial coordination
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,369.87 per month
