Job Title: Network Manager – Sales

Job Summary:
The Network Manager – Sales is responsible for managing and improving sales performance across all dealership networks/showrooms. The role includes achieving sales targets, monitoring team performance, implementing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and strengthening dealer network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets across all networks.
- Support dealerships/showrooms in increasing vehicle sales and market share.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure proper follow-up of customer enquiries and leads.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with dealership sales teams for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular showroom visits and review staff performance.
- Ensure implementation of schemes, and sales processes.
- Improve customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure proper display, branding, and showroom standards across networks.
- Monitor finance, insurance, and exchange conversions to maximize business.

Qualification:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
