Position Title: Project Manager – DDU-GKY
Project: Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Reporting To: CEO
1. Role Objective
The Project Manager – DDU-GKY will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of DDU-GKY skill development projects in compliance with MoRD/State guidelines. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder coordination, operational control, and outcome-based performance management to ensure successful training, placement, and retention outcomes.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Project Planning & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end implementation of DDU-GKY projects as per SOPs, guidelines, and contractual obligations.
- Prepare detailed project plans, implementation schedules, and resource deployment strategies.
- Ensure timely mobilization, training delivery, assessment, certification, and placement activities.
B. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to DDU-GKY, NSDC, and State Skill Mission guidelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, MIS, financial records, and audit-ready files.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, inspections, and monitoring visits.
C. Team & Resource Management
- Manage project staff including trainers, mobilizers, counselors, placement officers, and MIS personnel.
- Conduct performance reviews, capacity building, and regular team meetings.
- Ensure optimal utilization of infrastructure, labs, and training resources.
D. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with State Skill Development Mission, SRLM, PIU, NSDC, SSCs, assessment agencies, and employers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for government officials and project partners.
- Support placement tie-ups and employer engagement initiatives.
E. Monitoring, MIS & Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including enrollment, attendance, certification, placement, and retention.
- Review and validate MIS entries on DDU-GKY/State portals.
- Prepare and submit periodic progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
F. Financial Oversight
- Track project budgets, fund utilization, and cost controls.
- Coordinate with finance team for claims, reimbursements, and fund flow compliance.
G. Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure uninterrupted project delivery.
3. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Education, or related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in skill development projects.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as operations in DDU-GKY Residential Project.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong understanding of DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, and compliance framework.
- Experience with MIS systems, portal reporting, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
Language:
- English and Hindi (mandatory).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
