Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify high-potential leads, pitch products/services, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Lead Generation: the process of attracting and capturing consumer interest in a product or service to generate lead for the organization.
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and identifying up-selling opportunities.
- Market Strategy: Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Gather and analyze sales data to present regular forecasting reports to higher management.
Required Skills
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Negotiation & Communication: Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
- Leadership: Ability to guide, motivate, and manage a team.
- Analytical Thinking: Capability to interpret sales metrics and build accurate forecasts.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
