Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations and booking inquiries.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest requests promptly.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain guest records and update information in the hotel management system.
- Handle cash, card payments, and prepare billing statements.
- Address guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and hotel software preferred).
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
