Job Description
Vertex Crew Solutions is hiring Quality Analysts for one of our reputed client companies in Chakan, Pune. This position is on a 3rd Party Payroll, where the selected candidates will be employed by Vertex Crew Solutions and deployed at the client's location.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on products and components.
- Conduct in-process and final quality checks.
- Identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
- Understanding of 7 QC Tools (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Familiarity with 5S and Kaizen concepts.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related field preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good communication and attention to detail.

- This is a 3rd Party Payroll position under Vertex Crew Solutions.
- The selected candidates will work at the client's Location
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
