Position: Trainee Bodyshop Advisor

Key Responsibilities
- Receive customers and understand vehicle damage/repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain repair work to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance, surveyor, technicians, and workshop team.
- Follow up on vehicle repair status and delivery timelines.
- Update customers regularly regarding repair progress.
- Assist in preparing estimates and insurance documentation.
- Ensure proper vehicle inspection before delivery.
- Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback.
Eligibility
- Qualification: ITI & Diploma Compulsory
- Fresher can apply; automobile/bodyshop knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn automobile bodyshop processes.
