The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills in English, and a proven track record of helping senior secondary students achieve academic excellence in board examinations.Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Biology to higher secondary classes (Grades 11 and 12) in alignment with the CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Design comprehensive daily lesson plans, practical assignments, and periodic assessments.
- Manage and conduct laboratory practical sessions to foster hands-on scientific learning.
- Monitor student academic progress, identify learning gaps, and conduct remedial or doubt-clearing sessions.
- Prepare students specifically for board exams and build strong foundational concepts.
- Actively participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and collaborative departmental duties.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biology, Botany, Zoology, or Biotechnology from a recognized university, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of teaching experience as a PGT Biology in a recognized CBSE school.
- Skills: Strong classroom management capabilities, patience, student-centric teaching methodology, and fluency in English.
- Facility: Willingness to work on-site in Etawah, utilizing the free food and accommodation provided on or near the school campus.
