About the Role
Sieger is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer cum Administrator to manage, customize, and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Salesforce administration, development, system configuration, integrations, and user support to ensure smooth business operations and process automation.
Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration
- Manage day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Maintain system integrity, data quality, and platform performance.
- Configure and manage workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and page layouts.
Salesforce Development
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Implement scalable and efficient solutions within the Salesforce platform.
System Configuration & Automation
- Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow Builder.
- Configure custom objects, fields, record types, and related functionalities.
- Optimize existing Salesforce processes and enhance user experience.
Reporting & Analytics
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for management and business users.
- Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting.
Data Management
- Perform data import, export, migration, and clean-up activities using Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards.
Integration Support
- Support Salesforce integrations with external applications and third-party systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Assist in troubleshooting integration-related issues.
User Support & Maintenance
- Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
