Just and True Immigration Law & Services is expanding its client engagement team and we are looking for energetic, confident, and career-focused Telecallers who can professionally interact with clients interested in study visas, work permits, PR pathways, visitor visas, legal immigration matters, and overseas opportunities.
This is not a typical call center job.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally
- Explain immigration and visa services confidently
- Generate and maintain quality leads
- Follow up with interested clients regularly
- Schedule appointments for counselors and legal advisors
- Maintain client records in CRM/software
- Build trust and long-term client relationships
- Understand client profiles and identify suitable pathways
- Coordinate with counselors and filing teams
- Achieve monthly targets and conversion goals
- Maintain high communication and ethical standards
