Process: Hotel Booking Voice Process
Eligibility:
- HSC with minimum 6 months of experience
- Graduates can apply as freshers
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 in-hand + Incentives
Working Days: 5 days working with any 2 rotational week offs
Shifts: Rotational shifts including night shifts
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to hotel bookings, reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Provide excellent customer service through inbound voice support
- Assist customers with payment, refund, and booking-related concerns
- Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining quality standards
- Update customer information accurately in CRM systems
- Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
- Maintain proper communication etiquette and process compliance
