**Location:** Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh
**Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month
**Experience:** 2–3 Years
**Qualification:** B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering
## Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain customer quotations.
* Manage and update MIS reports on a regular basis.
* Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth project execution.
* Monitor project progress and maintain project documentation.
* Ensure timely reporting and data accuracy.
* Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase, and Site teams.
* Maintain records related to orders, dispatches, and project status.
* Assist in preparing operational reports and project updates.
* **Coordinate with clients regarding project status, dispatch schedules, and documentation.**
* **Handle client coordination for billing, payment follow-ups, and collection of outstanding payments.**
* **Prepare and coordinate customer invoices, billing documents, and payment reconciliations.**
* **Maintain records of client communications, payment status, and outstanding receivables.**
## Preferred Candidate Profile
* 2–3 years of experience in the Building Expansion Joint Fabrication Industry.
* Strong knowledge of quotation preparation, MIS reporting, client coordination, billing, and payment follow-up.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP software (preferred).
* Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Strong attention to detail, documentation, and customer relationship management.
