Job Role (JD in short)
- Handle visa applications & document verification
- Assist customers and resolve queries (in person/phone/email)
- Data entry and application processing with accuracy
- Manage passport dispatch & coordination
- Maintain SOP compliance and service quality
✅ Qualification: Intermediate (Graduates preferred)
✅ Languages: English, Hindi & Telugu
