Job Description
- Draft, review, and vet property-related legal documents including sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and joint development agreements.
- Conduct title due diligence for land and property acquisitions.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel for opinions, litigation support, and documentation.
- Ensure all property transactions comply with local/state laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain legal records, contracts, and compliance registers.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes related to land, tenancy, encroachments, or contracts.
- Liaise with government authorities, legal agencies, and registration departments.
- Support other departments with legal insights and risk assessments for various business operations.
- Stay updated with changes in real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and regulatory policies.
- Translate and interpret property-related documents in Gujarati and English as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s in Law (LLM) is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or property development.
- In-depth understanding of property laws, RERA, stamp duty, registration laws, and contract law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight deadlines
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
