A Back Office Executive provides critical administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth company workflow by managing data entry, documentation, and routine tasks, typically without direct customer interaction. Key duties include maintaining records, processing invoices, generating reports (MIS), and assisting with inventory or logistical tasks to support front-office teams. Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining records, databases, and files.
- Administrative Support: Handling emails, phone inquiries, printing, and ordering office supplies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Preparing reports, presentations, invoices, and documents for management.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinating between departments, such as sales and, or managing logistics/inventory.
- Compliance: Ensuring all procedures follow company policies.
