- Oversee daily outlet operations.
- Monitor product availability throughout operating hours.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising.
- Ensure smooth workflow among outlet staff.
- Monitor daily sales performance.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Implement promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Analyze slow-moving and fast-moving products.
- Ensure excellent customer experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
- Supervise cashiers, sales staff, and helpers.
- Train new employees on outlet procedures.
- Ensure outlet cleanliness at all times.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
