We are seeking an experienced Civil Contracts & Tender Manager to manage both pre-contract (Tendering) phase and the Post-Contract (Administration) Phase. The candidate will be responsible for a projects financial and legal lifecycle, managing everything from finding new business to wrapping up the final construc on bills.
Minimum 8+ years of overoll varied experience as Graduate Engineer Trainee, Estimation/QS Engineer, Contracts Engineer, Contracts & Tender Manager.
Essential Skill Set:
Technical & Engineering: Reading engineering drawings, understanding civil project lifecycles, and performing accurate quantity surveying.
Legal Frameworks: Deep familiarity with Standard Forms of Contract such as FIDIC, CPWD, or GCC, alongside an understanding of national contract and labour laws.
Soware Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP document controls, and online e-tendering portals.
Soft Skills: High-level commercial negotiation, precise technical drafting, and cross-functional team coordination.
Key Requirements:
- Base degree: Full time B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering is a must.
- Specialized Certifications: Post-graduate degrees or certifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Law give candidates a massive competitive advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
