Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a fresh graduate to build a career in operations, administration, or management.
In this role, you will support daily operational activities, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and maintain accurate reports. You will be at the heart of execution, ensuring timely updates, resolving day-to-day issues, and helping to keep our systems and stakeholders aligned. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment .
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities across departments to ensure a smooth workflow .
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Production, QC, Dispatch, Accounts, Customer Support) and external stakeholders (vendors, clients) .
- Handle and follow up on orders, dispatches, and payments, ensuring timely completion of tasks .
- Support in vendor management and client communication, maintaining strong working relationships .
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation, including daily MIS reports for different clients .
- Utilize MS Excel and other tools to analyze and present data for decision-making purposes .
- Prepare presentations and reports on operational metrics for senior management .
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Monitor workflows and identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency .
- Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures .
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards .
Customer & Issue Resolution:
- Handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction .
- Refer unresolved grievances or special requests to the operations manager .
- Actively communicate via calls, emails, and other media with multiple stakeholders .
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred .
Essential Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in local/regional languages is a plus .
- Technical Proficiency: Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus .
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset .
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment .
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges .
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative .
- Experience with auditing is a plus .
- Prior internship experience is a plus but not required .
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
