Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or client relationship management, with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey, resolving concerns efficiently, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and escalations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Take complete ownership of customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure successful product/service adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Sales, and Product to improve customer experience.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to processes and services.
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and success metrics.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and support performance.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance loyalty and overall customer experience.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Servicing, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively.
- Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and outcomes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer management systems is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
