Role overview:
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Associate to support our international consulting projects. You will be responsible for identifying the right business partners for our clients, reaching out to senior leadership in global organizations, and creating high-quality business documents. This role is essential for helping our clients successfully enter and grow in new international markets.
Key Requirements:
1. Business Research & Identification
- Conduct detailed research to find companies that match our clients' specific growth goals.
- Analyze potential business partners based on specific criteria to ensure they are a good strategic fit.
- Build and organize a comprehensive database of these companies across various global industries.
2. Outreach & Relationship Building
- Identify senior leaders and decision-makers (such as CEOs and Directors) within target organizations.
- Start professional conversations with these leaders through LinkedIn and email to introduce partnership opportunities.
- Build early interest and manage initial communication regarding potential business collaborations.
3. Business Documentation & Presentations
- Create professional presentations and business summaries that explain the value of a potential partnership or joint venture.
- Develop detailed business profiles and project documents that follow high consulting standards.
- Tailor all materials to meet the specific goals of the client and the expectations of the target audience.
4. Project Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure all consulting projects are delivered on time.
- Track the progress of your outreach efforts and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Support the overall delivery of consulting services and financial advisory assignments.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- 4+ Years of professional experience in research, business consulting or corporate operations
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Joint Venture (JV) Formation
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
- A strong interest in international business, strategy & helping companies scale globally
- The ability to research complex industries & summarize findings clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Business management or related fields
