Salary & Benefits
- Probation (First 2 Months):
- Fixed Stipend: ₹17,000 per month
- Performance-Based Variable Pay: Up to ₹13,000 per month
- Post-Probation CTC: ₹3.5 LPA–₹5.5 LPA (Performance Based)

About the Role
Tech Vedhu is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Specialists / Business Development Executives. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, communication, and building a successful career in a fast-growing EdTech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM/system.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
