Job Title: Retail Sales and Marketing Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who can drive both business development and in-store sales. The role involves actively approaching architects and interior designers, building long-term relationships, generating project-based leads, and delivering a premium in-store experience to convert walk-ins into customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architect & Interior Designer Engagement (Core Focus)
* Proactively approach architects and interior designers to build strong, long-term relationships
* Generate business through regular follow-ups, meetings, and site visits
* Develop a consistent pipeline of project-based sales through these channels
2. Drive Individual Sales Targets
* Achieve monthly sales targets through strong conversion
* Focus on upselling, cross-selling, and increasing average ticket size
3. End-to-End Customer Handling
* Manage complete customer interaction from walk-in to closure
* Provide product guidance, pricing clarity, and order coordination
4. Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
* Stay updated on products, offers, and competitor activities
* Use insights to improve sales approach and positioning
Desired Profile
* 1–4 years of experience in retail sales / business development (furniture/lifestyle preferred)
* Strong network or experience working with architects/IDs is a big advantage
* Freshers with excellent communication and confidence in field work can be considered
* Sales-driven, proactive, and relationship-oriented
