Required Experience:
- 8–12+ years of enterprise application consulting experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Model N implementation experience.
- Experience leading at least two end-to-end Model N implementations.
- Strong understanding of commercial operations, pricing, contracts, rebates, chargebacks, and revenue management processes.
- Experience configuring Model N applications and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Experience with data migration, data validation, and master data governance during enterprise implementations.
- Strong experience integrating Model N with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience preparing functional specifications, solution design documents, integration specifications, and implementation documentation.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, High Technology, Manufacturing, or other industries utilizing Model N.
- Experience working with global implementation programs.
- Knowledge of SAP SD and pricing concepts.
- Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Model N Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and integration of Model N solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Model N implementations, deep understanding of SAP integration, and the ability to independently drive solution architecture while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Model N solution design and implementation for enterprise clients.
Conduct discovery workshops to understand pricing, contracting, revenue management, rebate, chargeback, and commercial operations requirements.
Configure Model N solutions to meet client business processes and industry best practices.
Lead solution architecture, fit-gap analysis, and business process design workshops.
Design and document end-to-end business processes across Model N and integrated enterprise systems.
Collaborate with business users to define solution requirements, functional designs, and implementation roadmaps.
Lead data migration strategy, including customer, product, pricing, contract, rebate, and other commercial master data.
Define integration architecture between Model N and SAP ECC/S/4HANA along with other enterprise applications.
Support interface design, testing, deployment, and production cutover activities.
Lead functional testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production stabilization.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants throughout project delivery.
- Act as the primary solution advisor for clients throughout implementation and post-go-live optimization.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
