Role Overview
This position involves leading and owning a high-impact initiative from start to finish, within the Sampurna Shiksha Kavach (SSK) program, focused on identifying, nurturing, and mentoring high-potential students across different locations. You will lead the initiative to spot students with strong aptitude and aspiration, guide them through structured mentorship, and ensure they receive the right academic, emotional, and career-oriented support throughout their journey.
Working closely with ground teams, educators, and mentors, you will act as a key enabler in helping students unlock their full potential and achieve long-term academic and career success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification of high-potential students across Sampurna Shiksha Kavach (SSK) programs in different locations using defined aptitude, performance, and motivation-based criteria
- Design and implement structured mentorship and handholding frameworks for selected students
- Coordinate with on-ground teams, academic team, and counsellors to track student progress and well-being
- Ensure timely access to learning resources, test series, expert sessions, and mentorship support
- Monitor individual student journeys, track milestones, and proactively address learning or motivation gaps
- Compile impact reports, student case studies, and progress dashboards for internal reviews and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Graduation / Post Graduation (Education, Science)
- A background in Sciences is preferred
Requirements
- 2 +years of experience working with students, education programs, or mentoring roles or academic operations
- Ability to understand student strengths, challenges, and aspirations
- Excellent communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong documentation, tracking, and reporting skills
- Deep interest in education, student development, and long-term impact creation
