About the Role
Red Fort PPE Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Garment Quality Checker cum Measurement Master for the Production Department (3rd Floor). The candidate will be responsible for final garment checking, measurement verification, sample inspection, and maintaining production quality standards before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct final checking of garments for:
- Stitching quality
- Measurement accuracy
- Finishing quality
- Defects and appearance
- Inspect newly developed samples before approval.
- Take garment measurements for:
- Development samples
- PP samples
- Bulk production garments
- Ensure garments are produced as per approved specifications and buyer standards.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and tailors for corrections and alterations.
- Identify quality issues and report them to the production team.
- Maintain checking reports and measurement records.
- Ensure proper finishing and packing readiness before dispatch.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of garment measurements and fitting.
- Understanding of garment construction and stitching techniques.
- Ability to identify stitching and finishing defects.
- Knowledge of measuring tools and production quality standards.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- 2 to 5 years experience in garment manufacturing, quality checking, or production master role.
- Experience in:
- Industrial garments
- Workwear
- PPE garments
- Uniform manufacturing
- will be preferred.
Qualification
Recommended Qualification Line:
- Minimum Qualification: HSC / ITI / Diploma preferred.
- Candidates with strong garment production experience may also apply.
Salary
- Salary will be discussed during interview and will depend on experience & skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
