Job Description
Growth India is looking for an experienced Motherboard Repair Technician with strong hands-on experience in Laptop/Desktop Motherboard Repair and Chip-Level Repair.
The candidate should be able to independently diagnose motherboard faults and perform component-level repairs with minimum supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Laptop and Desktop motherboards.
- Perform chip-level and component-level motherboard repairs.
- Identify power, charging, display, boot and short-circuit issues.
- Use multimeter, DC power supply and other diagnostic tools.
- Repair and replace ICs, MOSFETs, capacitors, resistors and other components.
- Perform SMD soldering and desoldering.
- Diagnose motherboard short circuits and power section faults.
- Perform BIOS programming and troubleshooting.
- Test repaired motherboards to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain records of repaired and pending devices.
- Follow proper safety and repair procedures.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Laptop/Desktop Motherboard Repair.
- Strong knowledge of Chip-Level Repair.
- Good Soldering and Desoldering skills.
- Knowledge of SMD components and electronic circuits.
- Experience with Multimeter and DC Power Supply.
- Knowledge of BIOS programming.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a skilled and experienced technician who can diagnose and repair motherboard issues independently.
Freshers are not preferred. Candidates with practical hands-on motherboard repair experience should apply.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
