Job Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our electrical product portfolio in North India. The role involves field sales, business development, channel/customer relationship management, and achieving revenue targets by promoting electrical solutions to key customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for electrical products across North India.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with consultants, builders, contractors, OEMs, industries, and residential customers.
- Promote and sell products such as Electron ACCLs, ATS, switchgear, and other electrical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, clients, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Generate enquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer service.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred (graduates with strong sales experience may also apply)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in electrical products / industrial sales
- Good understanding of electrical switchgear, control panels, ACCLs, ATS, or related products
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a field sales role
- Comfortable with target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of industrial/commercial electrical products
- Strong market network in North India
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to generate and convert leads into business
Additional Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler / four-wheeler for field travel
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory
- Conveyance reimbursement will be provided based on mileage covered

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
