About the Role
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Sales Executive to represent our construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting project offerings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through project closure.
The role demands strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of customer needs to drive business growth and maintain the company's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present project details, specifications, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer engagement and project updates.
- Prepare and maintain sales records, proposals, and customer documentation.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
