Job Summary
Bibaswan Educational Foundation is seeking a passionate and experienced Spoken English Trainer / English Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong command of English language teaching. Candidates with experience in teaching English for competitive and government job examinations will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Spoken English classes for students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, communication skills, and personality development.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Train students for interviews, group discussions, and professional communication.
- Teach English relevant to competitive examinations such as SSC, Banking, Railway, WBCS, NDA, CDS, and other government job examinations.
- Conduct regular mock tests and performance evaluations.
- Motivate and guide students to improve their confidence and language proficiency.
- Maintain attendance records and student progress reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
- Ability to teach both beginners and advanced learners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Spoken English Trainer or English Faculty.
- Experience teaching English for Government Job Preparation (SSC, Banking, Railway, WBCS, NDA, CDS, etc.).
- Knowledge of competitive examination patterns and syllabus.
- Ability to conduct both online and offline classes.
