Role: React Native Developer
Job description:
We are looking for a highly skilled React Native Developer with strong experience in building scalable mobile applications with secure RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), real-time systems, and backend integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience working on production-grade applications, implementing secure authentication flows, and developing high-performance cross-platform mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain React Native applications for Android & iOS
- Build scalable and reusable component-based architecture
- Implement secure authentication & authorization systems with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- Create user role and permission-based access flows
- Develop dynamic dashboards and screens based on user permissions
- Integrate REST APIs, Web Sockets, and real-time services
- Implement live tracking systems with real-time location updates
- Integrate Google Maps, geofencing, and map SDKs
- Manage application state using Redux Toolkit / Zustand / Context API
- Implement secure token handling and protected navigation flows
- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and rendering efficiency
- Configure push notifications, deep linking, and background services
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable TypeScript code
- Collaborate with backend and design teams for feature delivery
- Test and maintain app stability across Android & iOS devices
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong expertise in React Native and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of React Hooks and modern React architecture
- Experience implementing RBAC and authentication systems
- Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, Firebase Auth, or similar authentication solutions
- Strong API integration and backend communication experience
- Experience with real-time features using Socket.IO / WebSockets
- Good understanding of Google Maps integration and live tracking
- State management expertise (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with Firebase, Supabase, or AWS services
- Knowledge of Node.js backend architecture
- Experience with offline storage and caching strategies
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
- Experience with analytics and crash monitoring tools
