- Injection Moulding Operations
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines and processes.
- Expertise in mould parameter setup and mould changeover.
- Good leadership and team handling skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of different raw materials used in plastic moulding.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Manage day-to-day production activities on injection moulding machines.
- Set up mould parameters as per product and quality requirements.
- Plan and execute mould changes efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and machine upkeep in coordination with maintenance teams.
- Production Management
- Plan and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues to minimize rejection and wastage.
- Monitor and control raw material usage, ensuring zero loss and proper handling.
- Team Management
- Lead, train, and supervise machine operators and production staff.
- Allocate manpower effectively for smooth production flow.
- Motivate and guide downline workers to achieve set production goals.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and discipline on the shop floor.
- Quality & Process Control
- Ensure that products meet customer quality standards.
- Work with the QA team for in-process checks and defect analysis.
- Continuously optimize moulding processes for better efficiency and reduced rejections.
- Material & Resource Knowledge
- Strong understanding of raw materials (polymers, additives, regrinds, colorants, etc.).
- Plan and ensure availability of raw materials for uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate with the purchase team for material requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
