Job Summary:
The Senior Associate Developer will function as a senior technical contributor. The position is responsible for leading software development activities, mentoring developers, managing project delivery, participating in solution design, code reviews, deployments, and production support for enterprise HR and Compensation Management products.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team.
- Design, develop, test and deploy .NET applications.
- Review code and enforce coding standards.
- Estimate tasks and coordinate sprint delivery.
- Support production issues, deployments and hotfixes.
- Optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures and APIs.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, QA and DevOps.
- Participate in architecture and technical decision making
3. Required Qualification:
· Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3- 4 Years
· Technical skills:
- C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, SQL Server, Entity Framework
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React
- REST APIs, Azure DevOps/TFS, Git, IIS
- CI/CD and cloud exposure (AWS/Azure)
- Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted software development using tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot to improve development productivity, code quality, documentation, debugging, and solution design.
