PRT Teacher (All Subjects)
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT - All Subjects) to teach students from Classes I to V. The ideal candidate should create a positive learning environment, deliver engaging lessons across multiple subjects, and support the overall academic, social, and emotional development of young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach all primary-level subjects including English, Hindi, Mathematics, EVS, General Science, Social Studies, and General Knowledge as per the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Create an interactive and child-friendly learning environment.
- Assess students through classwork, homework, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
- Manage classroom discipline and encourage positive behaviour.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and co-curricular activities.
- Use digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology effectively.
Required Qualifications
- D.El.Ed. / D.Ed. / B.El.Ed. / B.Ed. (as per applicable school norms)
- Graduation in any recognized discipline.
- CTET/State TET qualification preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
