ROLE SUMMARY
The role involves handling end-to-end secretarial and statutory compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 for Private Limited and Limited Companies. The candidate must have practical exposure to MCA filings and strong compliance orientation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- ROC & MCA compliances (annual and event-based) under Companies Act, 2013.
- Drafting of notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes of Board & General Meetings.
- Filing of e-forms including AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, SH-7, INC-22, INC- 20A.
- Maintenance of statutory registers and secretarial records.
- Incorporation of companies and handling changes in directors, capital, and registered office.
- Coordination with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Tracking statutory due dates and compliance calendars.
ELIGIBILITY & EXPERIENCE
- Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Member) OR Semi-Qualified CS (Executive / Professional level cleared).
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and MCA portal.
