About the Role
The Technician Trainee (ITI) will support production, quality, and rework activities by assisting in assembly operations, inspection processes, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance. The role provides practical exposure to manufacturing operations while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
- Support production, quality, and rework activities while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Perform 5S activities, equipment operation, routine maintenance, cleaning, scrap handling, and tool/store management.
- Carry out electrical and mechanical repair, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, wiring activities, and attend equipment breakdowns to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow safe work procedures, use appropriate PPE, identify hazards, and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Participate in TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain records, prepare reports and maintenance documentation using Excel and other required tools.
- Support cross-functional departmental activities and comply with work instructions, standard operating procedures, and organizational requirements.

- Physically and mentally fit to perform job responsibilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Educational Qualification
ITI (Fitter, Mechanical, Electrical) / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile Engineering.
