Job Title: Developer cum Project Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Software Developer with strong knowledge of WordPress, Java, Python, PHP, API Integration, and software functionality, who is also interested in project coordination and client communication.
The role involves actively contributing to development projects while coordinating with developers, designers, testers, and international clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of software development workflows, technical implementation, and project management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle development and technical coordination for mobile applications, software solutions, APIs, and website development projects
- Work closely with developers, designers, and testers to understand project requirements, technical workflows, and implementation processes
- Coordinate and contribute to projects involving WordPress, Java, Python, PHP, APIs, databases, and related technologies
- Understand project functionality and provide technical guidance during development execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of technical deliverables
- Act as the communication bridge between clients and the technical team
- Collaborate with UAE office and international clients for smooth project execution and delivery
- Convert client requirements into clear technical tasks for developers and designers
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Identify technical challenges, bugs, development bottlenecks, and coordinate timely resolutions
- Ensure proper technical documentation, reporting, and project updates
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, testers, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in technical discussions, requirement analysis, and solution planning
- Track project performance and provide regular updates to management
- Ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently met
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Software Developer with Project Coordination responsibilities
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- WordPress development and functionality
- Java, Python, PHP, and related technologies
- API Integration and third-party service integrations
- Website Development and deployment processes
- Mobile Application Development concepts
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Databases, hosting environments, and web technologies
- Ability to understand technical concepts and coordinate effectively with software development teams
- Interest and capability in handling project coordination and client communication along with development responsibilities
- Proven experience in handling international clients (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills and capability to guide technical teams when required
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
