Position: Executive Assistant – Business Development & Academy Operations

About the Role
Wilfred’s Academy www.wilfredsacademy.com is looking for a proactive and execution-oriented professional to support business development, academy operations, trainer coordination, student engagement, content execution, and administrative activities.
This role requires someone who can work closely with leadership, manage multiple priorities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with trainers, faculty members, guest speakers, and industry experts.
* Assist in course planning, curriculum documentation, and program execution.
* Track enquiries, student registrations, and follow-up activities.
* Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and meeting minutes.
* Maintain operational trackers, databases
* Support business development initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations.
* Manage scheduling, meetings, and stakeholder communication.
* Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
* Support events, workshops, webinars, and academy activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Communication, Education, or related fields.
* 1–3+ years of experience in coordination, operations, administration, training, education, business support, or related functions.
* Strong communication and follow-up skills.
* working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and documentation.
* Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
* Willingness to work whenever business requirements demand.
* Ability to take ownership and work independently.
Added Advantage
* Experience in education, training, consulting, HR, business development, or academy operations.
* Exposure to social media coordination, content planning, or event management.
* Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, etc.
