Job Summary
We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for our IT company in Bangalore. This is an office-based B2B sales role focused on selling software subscription plans to business clients. You will manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, client communication, product presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, or Software Sales are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound business leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software subscription solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and online demonstrations.
- Manage lead follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, or Software Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
